Shipping & Cancellation Policy
At Ayuramruth, we strive to ensure a seamless
shopping experience. Please read our policies below regarding shipping,
delivery timelines, and cancellations.
Domestic Shipping & Delivery (India)
Minimum Order Value: All online orders with a final
cart value of Rs.150 and above are eligible for processing.
Order Processing:
- Timeline: 1-7 business days depending on your location.
- Definition: "Day 1" is considered the first business day after the order is placed.
- Note: During special occasions, festivals, or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery:
- Partners: We use trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, DTDC, Bluedart, and Delhivery.
- Timeline: Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 3-7 working days depending on your location.
- Special Requests: We try our best to accommodate requests for expedited or timed deliveries, but we cannot guarantee that courier partners can fulfill these. If you have urgent requirements, please contact us via WhatsApp (+91 8866668457) before placing your order.
International Shipping Policy
We are delighted to serve customers globally using DHL as
our primary international logistics partner.
- Dispatch & Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 12 to 15 working days. We will keep you updated via email throughout the process.
- Shipping Charges: Standard shipping charges apply at checkout. Note: These charges do not include custom duties.
- Customs Duties & VAT:
- All customs charges, VAT, or import duties imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
- As the importer, it is your responsibility to comply with your country's customs regulations.
- Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to accept the package due to customs charges, the authorities may destroy the package. In such cases, Ayuramruth cannot issue a refund.
- Cancellations:
- Pre-Processing: If you wish to cancel before the order is processed, a 10% cancellation fee applies.
- Post-Processing: Once processed, international orders cannot be cancelled.
Order Modifications
- Address Changes: We can assist with modifying your shipping address or contact details only if the order has not yet left our warehouse.
- Item Changes: We cannot modify the list of items in your order once it is placed.
- Sale Periods: During sale events, no refunds or returns are accepted unless there is a verified discrepancy.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A. Cancellation by Customer
- Unprocessed Orders (Within 5 Hours): If a cancellation request is received within 5 hours of placing the order and the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- Processed Orders: Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. In rare cases where an exception is made post-processing, we will issue a Credit Note equivalent to the order value for future purchases. Cash refunds are not available for processed orders.
B. Refused Deliveries (Domestic)
- If you refuse to accept a parcel at the time of delivery, the item will return to our warehouse. We will provide a Credit Note for the order value. Cash refunds will not be processed.
- Reshipment: If you request reshipment of a refused/returned prepaid order, a ₹50 shipping charge will apply.
C. Partial COD Orders
- For "Partially Paid COD" orders, the upfront fee of ₹100 is collected as a shipping fee.
- This fee is non-refundable unless the non-delivery was caused by a delivery partner error.
D. Cancellation by Ayuramruth We reserve the right to
cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, or other
errors. If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, we will
initiate a full refund.
Mandatory Unboxing Video & Quality Issues
To ensure effective resolution for missing items, damages,
or discrepancies:
- Unboxing Video: Customers must record a clear unboxing video of the received package. Without this video, we may not be able to address claims of damage or missing products.
- Allergy Disclaimer: We recommend performing a patch test for all products and reading the ingredient list. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be processed for skin reactions/allergies, or personal dislikes regarding fragrance/color.
Bulk Orders & Promotions
- Bulk/Corporate: For bulk orders or corporate gifting, please contact info@ayuramruth.in. Considerable discounts are available. Full payment is required in advance, with a 7-day processing lead time.
- Promotions: Freebies and discount coupons cannot be combined. Only one coupon code is allowed per order.
- Recycling Program: Return 5 or more empty Ayuramruth bottles at our stores to avail an additional 5% discount on your next order.
