Returns and Refund Policy

At Ayuramruth, we aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free experience. Please review our policies below regarding cancellations, refunds, and our reward program.

Cancellation Policy
A. Unprocessed Orders (Within 5 Hours)
If a cancellation request is received within 5 hours of placing the order, and the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
B. Processed Orders
We prioritize efficient order processing. Once an order has been processed, we are generally unable to cancel it.
  • Credit Note Only: In the rare event that a post-processing cancellation is accepted, we will not issue a cash refund. Instead, a Credit Note equivalent to the order value will be issued for future purchases on our website.
  • Fees: Please note that cancellations after processing incur specific deductions (see Section 3 below).
Returns Policy (Damaged Goods Only)
Returns are accepted only if the product has been damaged in transit.
  • Procedure: You must contact customer support immediately upon delivery.
  • Timeline: Once our customer support team confirms the return request, you must return the product within 3 days.
Charges and Deductions
If an order is cancelled or returned, the following deduction fees apply:

(Order left warehouse but was returned)
₹100 deduction from the refund amount.
Partial COD Orders
The ₹120 upfront shipping fee is Non-Refundable.
(Refund of this fee is only eligible if non-delivery is caused by a courier error).
Refund Timeline & Communication
  • Notification: We will notify you via email/SMS if any part of your order is cancelled or if we require additional information.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically initiated within 5-7 working days.
  • Bank Reflection: The amount should reflect in your source account within 5-7 working days after initiation. If you do not receive the refund after 7 days, please contact your bank.
  • Unfulfilled Orders: If we are unable to process/fulfill your order within 45 working days, a refund will be automatically initiated.
Ayuramruth Rewards Program
Please note the following terms regarding the usage of Reward Points:
  • Cancellation Forfeiture: If you use reward points on an order and subsequently request to cancel that order, the reward points will not be re-issued. They will be considered used.
  • Eligibility:
    • Minimum Order Value: Your cart total must be at least ₹499 to redeem points.
    • Maximum Redemption: You can redeem points worth up to 10% of your order value.
    • COD: Reward points are not awarded for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Validity: Reward points are valid for 1 year from the date of earning.
  • Combinations: Reward points cannot always be combined with other coupon codes.

Ayuramruth never conducts contests offering free products, large cash prizes, or lottery wins. We will never contact you requesting sensitive personal information such as your CVV, PIN, OTP, or Banking Passwords. Please do not respond to such requests.
